Hi, I’m Sonia Dunstan – a passionate and dedicated kinesiologist committed to helping people find balance, clarity and genuine wellbeing. I’ve completed my Diploma of Kinesiology at O’Neill College and am now nearing the completion of my Advanced Diploma to further deepen my skills and knowledge.
My journey into kinesiology began over 10 years ago while searching for answers to my own health challenges and stress. Regular “tune-up” sessions with a kinesiologist brought me a level of clarity, relief and alignment I had never experienced before. That experience sparked a profound internal shift and inspired me to follow this healing path.
Before stepping into the world of kinesiology, I spent 18 years running a successful graphic design business, working across both corporate and creative fields. Alongside my professional life, I’m also a wife to a wonderfully creative husband and a mum to two strong, independent teenage girls who inspire me daily.
As my kinesiology practice continues to grow, my purpose is to help others reconnect with their bodies, release long-held stress and build lasting vitality. I believe in the power of kinesiology to restore balance, support emotional wellbeing and reveal the deep connection between mind, body and spirit.
