Your appointment time is set aside just for you. As a small practice, late cancellations or missed appointments have a significant impact, and often mean someone else misses the chance to receive support.

Please note that any cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment time will incur the full session fee.
This includes missed appointments or no-shows.

If you need to make changes, I encourage you to do so as early as possible so your space can be offered to another client.
