To provide safe and effective kinesiology sessions, I may collect:

• Personal information: your name, contact details, emergency contact.

• Health information: relevant medical history, emotional wellbeing information, session notes and any details you choose to share during your appointments.

This information helps ensure each session is tailored to your needs and is conducted safely.

How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to:

• Provide kinesiology services

• Understand your health concerns and track your progress

• Contact you regarding your appointments

• Maintain accurate and lawful client records

I do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

Confidentiality
Everything shared during your session is strictly confidential.
Your information will only be disclosed if:

• You provide written consent

• It is required by law (e.g., court subpoena)

• There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others

Otherwise, no information is shared with anyone outside the practice.

How Your Information Is Stored
Your records are stored securely in line with Australian privacy and health record requirements.
I use appropriate physical and/or digital safeguards to protect all information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Only the practitioner (me) has access to your file.

Your Rights
You have the right to:

• Access the personal and health information held about you

• Request corrections or updates to your records

• Withdraw consent for communication

• Ask how your information is stored or used

Requests can be made at any time.

Retention of Records
As required under Australian regulations, client health records may be retained for a set period of time (often up to 7 years after the final session, or longer for minors). After this period, they are securely destroyed.
